Service office opening hours

AYY service office is open on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 12 noon to 3 pm.

You can visit the service office within the opening hours. Please take a queue number from the lobby.

On moving days (the first weekday of each month), we are open only for moving-related matters from 12 noon to 4 pm. The moving days for the autumn term 2024 are 1 August, 2 September, 1 October, 1 Novemberm and 2 December.

• The housing and member services are closed on Mon 23rd Dec 2024 to Wed 1st 2025. The movers will recieve their house keyes on the official moving-in day on  2nd Jan 2025.

• Telephone service for housing and member services is closed on Tue 10th Dec.

• Telephone service for housing and member services closes at 3pm on Wed 18th Dec.
• Telephone service for housing and member services is closed on Mon 23rd Dec 2024 to Wed 1st Jan 2025.

The office is not available for evening or weekend inquiries.

When the office is open, we answer the phone in between assisting customers whenever possible. 

Accessibility of services office

AYY’s office is located at Otakaari 25. The office is located on two floors. The services office is located on the upper floor. However, the services office is on the street level when arriving from Otakaari. If you arrive by taxi or order a taxi to our office, please ask the driver to drive to the Otakaari entrance.

Unfortunately, the front door of the office does not open automatically. If you need help, please press the doorbell on the right side of the door or call us on 050 520 9400. The doors are locked outside the opening hours. There is a door ramp at the front door.

The customer service desk and meeting rooms upstairs are accessible. There is an accessible bathroom on the second floor of the office with access from the lobby. Assistance dogs are welcome in our office.
