There is a separate registration period for the spring term 2021, during which you can change your registration information if necessary. The registration period for the spring term is 30 Nov 2020−8 Jan 2021.
Registration is done in WebOodi by paying the student union membership fee. The membership fee is paid with online banking IDs when the payment and registration are logged directly in the student register. If you are unable to pay the membership fee directly via WebOodi, you can send us email to [email protected].

From January 2021 onwards, university students and students in universities of applied sciences entitled to the services of the Finnish Student Health Service (FSHS) will pay a health care fee to Kela . Read more about the reform here.
The validity of the plastic student card and your student status are proved by the academic year tag. If you have registered for attendance for the spring term of 2021 and were absent for the autumn term 2021, you can collect a new academic year tag for your student card from the Services Office in January. At the beginning of January, we will distribute academic year tags at AYY’s Services Office on two days: Tue, 5 Jan, 1pm–5pm and Tue, 12 Jan, 12noon–5pm. Due to a change in the membership register, changes to the schedule are possible, please check current information on the Services Office website.
We also recommend everyone to download Frank App to their phone and launch a free digital student card. For students attending in the spring of 2021, the card will start working at the beginning of the academic term, i.e. in January.
Unfortunately, we cannot send academic year tags by mail, as the tag can only be put directly on the card. However, if you wish, you can send us your student card and we will send it back to you with a new tag. If you are sending the card by mail, please include the return envelope with the stamp and your address.

All of AYY’s rental facilities are closed and out of use for the time being, which is why all reservations have been cancelled until 17 Jan 2021. New reservations can be made from 18 Jan onwards.
Bookings for January and the early year will be reviewed at the beginning of January, and any restrictions on use and bans on the use of facilities will be announced at that time.
For the time being, we do not accept new bookings for the van and trailer while the Services Office is closed.

When AYY’s Services Office is on Christmas holiday on 19 Dec−27 Dec, no bookings will be accepted. All bookings made during this period will be accepted no earlier than the week starting on Mon, 28 Dec.
