AYY15 annual ball

It's time once again to celebrate the anniversary of our beloved student union as Aalto University Student Union turns a semi-round 15 years! The annual ball will take place on Saturday, May 17, 2025.

The event will begin with a gift-giving ceremony for invited guests at 14:00. From there, bus transportation will be provided to the main venue for the general cocktail reception, starting at 16:30.

The main celebration will commence with traditional ceremonies at 17:00. After the main event, guests will be transported by bus to the afterparty, starting after 22:00.

Tickets for the annual celebration are priced at €99.90 for AYY members and €135 for others.

General registration opens on April 15, 2025, at 18:00.

The dress code is formal attire with academic decorations, but we encourage elegant creativity in honor of our student union’s 15-year journey.
