Digital Learning Consultant, Bitville Oy

As Bitville is growing and expanding, we are now looking for a Digital Learning Consultant to join our team! The chosen candidate will get the opportunity to work closely with Bitville’s top-tier customers in large change management projects, and would ideally have background in consulting and project coordination.

About the role

In your role, you will be responsible for consulting our clients and taking diverse and challenging projects forward. You will also be designing digital learning programs that make use of various learning methods. This role will require coordination across many internal and external teams and will be partially performed on the client's premises. At times, the role might entail travelling.

Job duties

As a Digital Learning Consultant, you will:

• Take full responsibility for managing and coordinating elaborate digital learning projects
• Report and keep track of your projects’ schedules, budget, and progress
• Work together with different stakeholders
• Help develop new processes and procedures and attract new business
• Represent Bitville at the client’s premises

We are looking for

As a successful applicant, you should have:

• Ability to lead and coordinate complex digital learning projects
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Passion for technology, innovation, and learning
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Finnish
• A few years of experience in similar tasks

We also consider these as an advantage:

• You have prior knowledge of digital learning technologies and different learning management systems (LMS)
• You are familiar with the Workday platform
• You have prior experience designing learning paths
