NB! Unlike previously mentioned, the size of the poster is A3. The number of copies may also change.
Coalitions may take part in AYY’s poster order free of charge on the following conditions:
- One A3-sized poster, of which 25 copies will be printed (one poster will be automatically delivered to Lahti, Mikkeli and Pori campuses each; the coalition will pick up and spread out the remaining 22 posters).
- The print-ready poster file (pdf-file suited for A3 printing) must be delivered by noon on Fri 14th of October to henna.lahti@ayy.fi. NB! Poster files that are delivered late will NOT be printed!
- Coalitions may pick up their posters on Wed 19th of October, 1 pm onwards at AYY Central Office in Lämpömiehenkuja 2 (ground floor), 02150 Espoo.
- AYY reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. Please check again before submitting your poster.
