Coalitions may order a poster (general advertisement/candidate poster) free of charge through AYY: check the instructions (link on the left) and make sure to send in your poster file by noon on 14th of October!
Candidate nominations
All members of Aalto University Student Union may stand as candidates in the Representative Council Elections. The documents to be delivered to the Central Election Committee are accepted from 19th of September onwards and by Wed. 5th of October 2011 at 12 am at the latest (stamped by October 3rd if delivered by post) to one of the locations below:

- Otaniemi (Otakaari 11, Espoo)
- Töölö (Runeberginkatu 14–16, Helsinki)

By post, addressed to AYY / Keskusvaalilautakunta; PL 69; 02151 Espoo (please write “vaaliasiakirja” on the envelope).
Documents delivered by post must be postmarked no later than on 3rd of October 2011. The sender is responsible for the delivery of documents submitted by mail.

Coalition Agreement Form
If a candidate wishes to form a coalition with another candidate or other candidates, they (or the person representing them) have to fill in this form.
If a candidate wishes to stand in the election independently, they do not need this form.
