				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Which issues work in your student union and what needs to be changed? Now is your chance to participate in AYY, your young and spry student union.</p>
<p>Next Stop AYY recruitment site at <a href="http://www.ayy.fi/stop/" target="_blank">ayy.fi/stop</a> was opened and the first sections updated on 12 Oct. AYY’s recruitment begins with the application for the chairpersons of AYY’s Representative Council, the Board and the former of the Board. The application for sections and committees will begin later in November.</p>
<p>The application period for the former of the board and the chairpersons of the Representative Council will end on 26 Oct. The board candidates should submit their applications by 18 Nov so that their participation in the panel for the board candidates on 19 Nov can be arranged. More detailed schedule and further information on the positions in the Board is available at <a href="http://www.ayy.fi/stop/" target="_blank">ayy.fi/stop</a>. If you already know a responsibility in the board, which interests you, feel free to contact the board member who had the same responsibility this year. <p>Do it yourself! AYY is made and experienced by its members. All active AYY members can use their own contribution to make the student union an important, necessary, suitable, interesting and a reliable trustee, service provider and the community for themselves and, above all, the whole community. There are many ways to influence and participate, choose the most suitable one for you!</p>
<h2><strong>Do you want to develop yourself? </strong></h2>
<p>In AYY, you can be creative, develop your presentation skills, learn project management and leadership and take responsibility in practice, implement your ideas with great resources and learn something new about yourself. To top it all off, you can have unforgettable experiences and lifelong friends. Everything is up to you and the more you give the more you get. And you can be sure that all the skills and experiences will help you both in your studies and the working life!</p>
