At the AYY service points you can, among other things, order your student ID card, read the day’s papers and ask about anything relating to student life.

Arabianranta service point operates in the same premises as ARTS OOP-student services (AYY-logo in the picture). The office is located in the south end of the ARTS building in the third floor, entrance A, near Aralis library.

Töölö service point is situated in the A-wing of the basement floor of Aalto University School of Economics’ main building.
At the service point we sell second hand course books and other study materials. We also help with student ID card related issues.
Book exchange KIVA exchanges second hand text books. At KIVA you can buy books and bring your own text books to be sold. The sellers can set their own prices. As of August 2009 the commission has been 5% of the book’s selling price. After a book has been sold, the seller will be notified via email and the money (price minus commission) will be transferred to her account.

The service point handles member services in Otaniemi. At the office you can, for example, place an order for a student ID card and ask about renting the Student Union’s van and facilities.
Otaniemi housing office is also located at the service point.
The Otaniemi service point also provides AYY’s cashier services (rents and membership fees). Cashier services are open Monday to Friday 9.00 -16.00.
