AYY’s operations are divided into different sectors where board members and specialists in the sector are responsible for the affairs in question. In addition to the board member in charge of communications, the communications specialist, communications officer and possible project workers are responsible for the student union communications. AYY’s most important communications channel is www.ayy.fi website. Current affairs are also published in the weekly newsletter, the event calendar, AYY’s blog, Facebook site and Twitter. Information about the Student Union is also available in AYY’s calendar which is distributed for free to all AYY members. In addition, AYY’s communications sector produces several publications such as various guides and the annual report.
